Our Payments & Insurance Policies

Our primary goal is to provide the highest quality dental care to infants, children and adolescents.

We ask that you pay for office visits and treatment at the time of service and we offer the following payment options:

1. We accept cash or check
2. We accept VISA or MasterCard
3. We also accept Care Credit (please ask for details)

If you anticipate a problem in paying for services, please discuss this in advance with our financial coordinator, as we offer possible payment options.

For our families who do not have dental insurance, we do offer a 15% discount when you pay your account in full on the day of service.

If a patient has dental insurance, we ask that the patient estimated portion and/or deductible is paid on the day of service.

We are a provider on several different insurance plans and as a courtesy, we are happy to file your insurance claim. Please understand that every insurance policy pays benefits based on their own fee schedules. It is impossible for us to know every insurance fee schedule and their limitations. We are always happy to submit a pre-authorization per your request if you are unsure of your coverage and limitations. We are always willing to assist you in anyway we can, but realize it is the parent's responsibility to know and understand their insurance benefits.
